On 29 January 2026, St. Dominic’s Children’s Home celebrated the opening of its newly refurbished football field, made possible through the generous support of the Trinidad and Tobago Mortgage Bank. The ceremony was attended by TTMB representatives and the principals of St. Francis’ Boys’ College, Belmont Boys’ RC School, and St. Philip’s Government Primary School. The event concluded with a friendly football match by students of St. Francis’ Boys’ College, highlighting the shared use of the space.
We are excited for the many opportunities this field will bring for recreation, learning, and partnership, not only for the children of the Home but for the wider Belmont community.
